NOTE: If you are having trouble logging in to your score card:

Click to Download Firefox Browser.This is not a requirement or prerequisite to use this web site. However, some users of Internet Explorer version 6.0.x have reported trouble logging in to the score card system.

The firefox download will likely take care of this issue.

Some instructions to follow:

Download the latest version of Firefox and follow the instructions and prompts to install.
1. It is OK to import settings from Internet Explorer.
2. It is OK to accept the default settings for home page if you like. (You can change this later.)

When it is installed properly, browse to www.DemcoSmartHealth.com and try your login again. (Within the firefox browser of course.)

By default, the installation will place a shortcut on your desktop to the newly installed firefox browser. If you like, you can right click on the shortcut and rename it to Smart Health.

Be sure to use the firefox browser each time you need to update your score card.
