NOTE: If you are having trouble logging in to your score card:

This is not a requirement or prerequisite to use this web site. However, some users of Internet Explorer version 6.0.x have reported trouble logging in to the score card system.

The firefox download will likely take care of this issue.

Some instructions to follow:

Download the latest version of Firefox and follow the instructions and prompts to install.
1. It is OK to import settings from Internet Explorer.
2. It is OK to accept the default settings for home page if you like. (You can change this later.)

When it is installed properly, browse to www.DemcoSmartHealth.com and try your login again. (Within the firefox browser of course.)

By default, the installation will place a shortcut on your desktop to the newly installed firefox browser. If you like, you can right click on the shortcut and rename it to Smart Health.

Be sure to use the firefox browser each time you need to update your score card.

You can hurt yourself during exercise if you apply excessive force to your muscles. The force when lifting a weight is F = m*(a + g), where m is the mass of the weight, a is the acceleration, and g is the force of gravity. Mass usually doesn't vary greatly. If you can lift 100 pounds 10 times, the max you can lift once is 133 pounds. A 33 percent increase. However, people who use quick, jerky movements experience the acceleration differences of over 400 percent. So work very slowly. Raise the weight for ten seconds and lower it for ten seconds.
